RE: to 5er from a tt or not?
Two things about stepping up to a fifth wheel. First, the 5th wheel sits above the rails of your truck, thus, you still retain plenty of truck bed space. Second, you gain so much more space in the fifth wheel. More storage space as well as more living space. You will be glad with a fifth wheel.
Great Reviews - Bad Parks!
Have you ever seen these RV park reviews that seem to be written by the owners of the park? We have several times. We have, on several occasions, read a review about a park, gone to the park, just to be disappointed. Example, we were traveling down I-10 in Texas going West. We read about a park in Kerrville, right along I-10. The reviews were excellent. So we went and were very disappointed. Later, looking over the reviews, we found a few things written that now do not seem right. This also happened to us in Williston, Florida and most recently in Baileyton TN. Here, in Baileyton, the review states things like ‘the next time you are at this exit on I-81, stop in as it is a great place to stay over night or longer.’ We have now learned to take great reviews like this one with a grain of salt as they are usually the owner posing as an RVer just to promote their park. Does anyone know of a review site or method that does not allow owners or management to post reviews?
